英国食品GDAs标签的发展经验及对中国的启发

对英国食品每日摄入量指南（GDAs）标签开展案例研究，结果发现，GDAs标签从包装背面标签转为FOP标签，实施已有20年以上。该标签采用特定营养素体系度量法模型，显示每份食品能量、糖、脂肪、饱和脂肪、盐的含量及其每日参考摄入量占比，既没有颜色编码又没有形象的图标显示，且实施效果不如多数FOP标签。对此，中国可考虑将营养成分表信息以食品份量单位直观显示在包装正面，方便消费者关注与理解。     

High-Throughput Screening for Phase-Change Memory Materials

Phase change memory (PCM) is an emerging non-volatile data storage technology concerned by the semiconductor industry. To improve the performances, previous efforts have mainly focused on partially replacing or doping elements in the flagship Ge-Sb-Te (GST) alloy based on experimental “trial-and-error” methods. Here, the current largest scale PCM materials searching is reported, starting with 124 515 candidate materials, using a rational high-throughput screening strategy consisting of criteria related to PCM characteristics. In the results, there are 158 candidates screened for PCM materials, of which ≈68% are not employed. By further analyses, including cohesive energy, bond angle analyses, and Born effective charge, there are 52 materials with properties similar to the GST system, including Ge₂Bi₂Te₅, GeAs₄Te₇, GeAs₂Te₄, so on and other candidates that have not been reported, such as TlBiTe₂, TlSbTe₂, CdPb₃Se₄, etc. Compared with GST, materials with close cohesive energy include AgBiTe₂, TlSbTe₂, As₂Te₃, TlBiTe₂, etc., indicating possible low power consumption. Through further melt-quenching molecular dynamic calculation and structural/electronic analyses, Ge₂Bi₂Te₅, CdPb₃Se₄, MnBi₂Te₄, and TlBiTe₂ are found suitable for optical/electrical PCM applications, which further verifies the effectiveness of this strategy. The present study will accelerate the exploration and development of advanced PCM materials for current and future big-data applications.     

涪陵地区茅三段热液白云岩展布影响因素分析

针对热液白云岩展布非均质性强的问题,开展基底断裂与茅三段沉积演化关系研究,分析断裂样式与白云岩分布关系,建立沉积演化模式,预测白云岩的分布。研究结果表明:茅三段可划分为5个小层,1~3小层为白云岩发育主要时期,4~5小层为台地均一化时期,不发育白云岩;15-1、15-2和16号基底断裂控制了早期“台-洼”相间的沉积地貌,断裂附近的地貌高部位为生屑滩发育有利部位,为白云岩的发育提供物质基础;15-1、15-2号基底断裂样式为花状,周边生屑滩白云石化程度高,为白云岩发育最有利区;16号基底断裂为直立状,附近白云石化发育程度较低,为白云岩发育较有利区。研究成果可为热液白云岩领域的进一步勘探提供指导依据。     

Cyberbullying: Effect of emergency perception on the helping tendencies of bystanders

The effect of the emergency perception of bystanders of cyberbullying victims on helping behaviors is often neglected in research on cyberbullying. In this study, we explored the influence of this cognitive factor on cyber-bystanders’ helping tendencies as well as elucidated possible underlying processes. The results of two studies were reported. In Study 1, 150 undergraduates read a true case of a girl experiencing cyberbullying. The results indicated that when the participants perceived the victim’s situation to be more critical (i.e., higher emergency perception), their helping tendencies were stronger, partly through increased state empathy followed by feelings of responsibility to help. In Study 2, we randomly assigned 300 undergraduates to two groups. The low emergency group read the same cyberbullying case as Study 1, whereas the cyberbullying case read by the high emergency group contained additional emergency information of the victim. The results indicated that the high emergency group expressed stronger helping tendencies than did the low emergency group. This effect was caused by a stronger perception that the victim was in an emergency situation, which not only strengthened the participants’ helping tendencies directly but also indirectly through increasing their state empathy and feelings of responsibility to help.     

A hybrid homogeneously weighted moving average control chart for process monitoring: Discussion

The sensitivity of a monitoring scheme depends on many factors including the variance of the charting statistic which is very important in the computation of the control limits. This paper discusses the computation of the variance of the recently proposed hybrid homogeneously weighted moving average (HHWMA) $\overline{X}$ scheme which was based on an incorrect assumption. The correct variance is used to evaluate the run-length characteristics of the HHWMA $\overline{X}$ scheme. It is observed that the incorrect variance has a significant impact on the sensitivity (or performance) of the HHWMA $\overline{X}$ scheme.     

超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱法快速分析测定山药中7种常见杀菌剂

目的 建立超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱检测山药中7种常见杀菌剂的分析方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取，水浴氮吹至近干，丙酮定容，经超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱检测。结果 在正离子模式下，7种杀菌剂在水-甲醇（均含有0.01%甲酸和5 mmol/L甲酸铵）流动相中都具有较好的响应；0.01~0.40 mg/L范围内线性良好，相关系数R均大于0.999。不同温度（50℃、70℃）水浴实验结果表明70℃水浴温度符合实验要求。三个浓度水平的加标回收实验的回收率为70.75％～108.07％，相对标准偏差为 0.02％～5.01％。结论 该方法操作简单、分析准确，满足山药中常见杀菌剂的检测要求。     

Influence of α′‐/α‐crystal polymorphism on properties of poly(l‐lactic acid)

Poly(l ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) is a biodegradable and biocompatible thermoplastic polyester produced from renewable sources, widely used for biomedical devices, in food packaging and in agriculture. It is a semicrystalline polymer, and as such its properties are strongly affected by the developed semicrystalline morphology. As a function of the crystallization temperature, PLLA can form different crystal modifications, namely α′‐crystals below about 120 °C and α‐crystals at higher temperatures. The α′ modification is therefore of special importance as it may be the preferred polymorph developing at processing‐relevant conditions. It is a metastable modification which typically transforms into the more stable α‐crystals on annealing at elevated temperature. The structure, kinetics of formation and thermodynamics of α′‐ and α‐crystals of PLLA are reviewed in this contribution, together with the effect of α′‐/α‐crystal polymorphism on the properties of PLLA. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry     

海藻多酚功能性作用机制及其应用初探

海藻多酚是海藻次级代谢产物,具有多种生物学活性,能够为人体所吸收和利用,所以海藻多酚成为了现阶段海洋活性物质研究的一个重点。就海藻多酚功能性作用机制以及其应用做分析,旨在为实践提供指导和帮助。     

西汉徐地鲁恭王宫苑园林——鲁灵光殿研究

汉代是中国园林的形成阶段,不仅园林建筑物有所增加,成为住宅的延伸与扩展,而且人工造景比重也增大,造园要素趋于完备。园林的内容与功能随着社会生活的改变而逐步多样和完善,不仅是射猎、走狗、跑马的场所,还可以是游船、宴乐、赏鱼虫走兽、观看百戏的地方。造园在布局上也采用灵活多变的手法,按功能的需要,穿插安置不同形式的厅堂、楼阁、亭榭等。通过对鲁灵光殿时代背景及汉代园林、建筑营造形式的深入研究,结合文献的相关记述,梳理出鲁灵光殿的沿革,并以此为依据,对鲁灵光殿进行复原。
